Our candidate in Northwest Nebraska is seeking a BE/BC Hospitalist to join their current medical staff of approximately 40 local physi! cians representing over 10 medical specialties; an additional 20 specialties are brought to the community on an intermittent basis. Hospitalists experience a daily census of 14-16 patients, including discharges. Physician will enjoy such perks as: a comprehensive benefit package, relocation assistance, and a competitive salary based off MGMA standards.
Hospital also contains progressive Diagnostic Imaging services including MRI, a 64 slice CT scanner, dedicated hospital resources, and excellent nursing staff. Another bonus is the excellent backup in the following specialties: Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and Ophthalmology.
The hospital is located 80 miles from two metropolitan areas, Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. The population is about 22,000 with a diverse job base, making it the most industrialized city per capita in the state of Nebraska. The community offers a fair tax structure, strong public & private school systems, excellen! t childcare, beautiful parks, several golf courses, outdoor ac! tivities, and clean, safe neighborhoods without traffic jams. Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium would be a great venue for you to spend an afternoon visiting the world’s largest indoor desert and hiking the 4 mile safari park where the animals roam freely.
