Hospital-employed position (non-profit facility) with new office space Four-day work week Patients per day average 15 to 20 OB is required but C-se! ction work is optional - no high-risk OB Minimal inpatient work is required, doctors average about two per day Group call will be 1:9 Scopes are available to those interested in doing them Nextgen EMR
FINANCIAL
Ongoing base salary plus production bonus Production is based on gross billings, not collections and is paid out quarterly Some of our partners get a production bonus of nearly $50,000 per quarter The hospital will also provide a generous sign on bonus We have student loan forgiveness/stipends available as well $3,000 CME allowance and 2 work weeks off (8 days) 30 days PTO 401k with hospital matching Full health benefits Optional ER work is paid hourly
