My client, a 100+ bed hospital in Nebraska, located halfway between Omaha and Denver, has a need for OR RNs to join their team.
The Medical Center is a non-profit, 100+ bed advanced regional medical center. This is a full-service health center with over 90 physicians representing 25 specialties, including but not limited to Cardiology, Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, Women’s Services, Imaging, General Surgery and Oncology. They serve over 17,000 patients per year through a diverse offering of inpatient, outpatient and outreach services, and continues to expand services to help meet the growing needs of the communi! ty and region.
6 main OR suites, one C-section OR lo! cated on the Women's Services unit.
Types of surgeries: Ortho, urology, General surgery, ENT, obgyn, pediatric dental, maxillofacial, Pulmonology procedures requiring general in anesthesia . We do not perform cardiothoracic are neuro procedures.
Shifts 8 & 10 hr.
Call: RN 1 st call once / wk
Back up call once / wk
Every 5th weekend
Average monthly procedure volume is 300 cases combined inpatient & outpatient
Long-term goal is to have RNs learn to scrub (based on lack of surgical techs in region)

Salary ranges from 22.39 â€" 34.98/hr based on experience. Shift diffs, sign on bonus, student loan repayment, continuing ed., relocation assistance, all available.
