The opportunity

Responsibilities

  • 1.主动研究互联网、数字化、同业等发展动态,让相关工作保持创新

    2. 跟业务用户对接,收集需求、理解并把控需求,提供平台侧的解决方案,输出需求文档/原型Demo

    3.负责小程序平台的需求管理、项目管理、UAT验收、生产验证等

    4.负责所对应平台的后台配置和数据支持等,并对接工作中的生产问题,进行反馈处理和总结分析,协调研发团队解决并提供优化方案

负责网宏店小程序平台的建设,包括基础功能、代理人赋能、客户经营、内容管理、B端对接等的功能策划和设计,并管理项目按业务推动、平台推广的节奏按时和高质量上线。

What we are looking for

  • 1.有较强的owner意识、积极主动、善于沟通和解决问题

    2.具备7年以上工作经验,其中3年以上产品经理工作经验

    3.有以下经验者优先:熟悉寿险公司业务、熟悉微信公众号/小程序生态体系

    4.认真负责、主动积极、不惧困难、学习和适应能力强

    5.熟练使用Axure/墨刀、Xmind、Visio等功能设计工具
