We are looking for a passionate and skilled “Power System BU - Business Development Specialist” to improve our Power Systems BU Order Intake in different segments such as Claud & Service Providers, Water & Wastewater, Consumer Packaged Goods, Healthcare, Hotels, Industrial Buildings, Marine, etc. A strong contributor to this objective will be deep understanding of Schneider Electric value proposition, understanding of customer real need, creation of opportunity, very close cooperation with segment sales leaders and pursue the opportunities with joint or individual customer visits.
- Promote the full Power System BU value propositions – Connected products such as Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgears, software, and services
- Contact strategic accounts together with Segment Sales Leaders through deep customer relationships,
- GtM definition as per the End User as well as need and competition (Through SE directly or MV/LV partners, etc),
- Being part of multi-country pipeline coordination and strategy definition on large complex deals,
- Deliver customer satisfaction through timely resolution of major customer quality issues,
- Prepare and present opportunities at the local & regional solution committees with Segment Sales Leaders (SOC and R-SOC),
You will be reaching...
- The successful candidate should have at least 3-5 years equivalent work
- Knowledge on Medium Voltage and Low Voltage (Energy Monitoring & Operation and Digital Asset Management knowledge is an asset)
- Experience in consultative selling, dealing with both local & international customers,
- Effective communications, collaboration and team-work skills are must,
- Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer and internal & external stake holders,
- University Degree / Electrical Engineering,
- Strong motivation and interest in learning new technologies, hard-working and travelling on the frequent business trips to customers,
- English fluency is a must
