What will you be doing:
- Monitoring and responding to tweets, comments on posts, and private inboxes; align with internal teams on responses.
- Supporting stakeholders with YouTube requests and playlist management
- Competitor and community listening/monitoring
- Testing/researching new platforms
- Assisting with analytics
Requirements:
- Good familiarity and regular usage of social media channels. Emphasis on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
- “Social” personality: friendly, outgoing, and able to work with different personalities at all levels of the organization
- Good organization and reporting capabilities
- Very high level of English proficiency, both spoken and written
