We are looking for a full-time Product Support Rep, who is responsible for providing quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of assigned client calls and projects and ensuring timely resolution. Support hours are 4:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Applicant must be able to work full-time shifts within these hours. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare terminology is helpful. Previous experience working in a call center and experience supporting business application software are required. Familiarity with practice management and electronic health records is a big plus. Must be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
