What are your responsibilities?
- Passionate hospitality individual
- 1-2 years of experience handling guest requests (such as transportation, reservations, excursions etc.)
- You provide information to the guests about the hotel Amsterdam and the Netherlands in general, including special events and activities.
What makes you the perfect fit?
- Have a degree in hospitality & at least 1-2 years’ work experience with an international hotel chain.
- Are very well known with the local attractions in Amsterdam.
- Can communicate fluently in Dutch & English, other language is of course a plus.
- Able to multi-task and solve challenges.
- Are willing to work morning and evening shifts.
