Day in the life of an Implementation Specialist
Project manage, coordinate, and deliver product guidance and configurations.
Deliver remote and on-site Consulting and Training engagements.
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Fluke Reliability portfolio of eMaint Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) applications.
Evaluate customer business requirements and system usage to make product recommendations.
Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues with your Customer Success colleagues Internationally.
Work closely with the Customer Success, Sales, and product implementation teams to drive opportunity creation that is central to the success of our global business.
Travel up to 20%
Responsibility
Project manage, coordinate, and deliver product guidance and configurations with clients in the EMEA region.
Identify Customer Success opportunities through regular customer success engagements and conversations with clients.
Find and communicate accurate solutions to issues reported by end users while using eMaint products through analytical talent and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Demonstrate a desire to help others with specific technical issues and be able to understand the support process from the customers' perspective.
Actively support Implementation and Customer Success projects with troubleshooting and resolving issues as well as developing skills and product knowledge.

The Fluke Reliability Team is a diverse group with members in Europe, APAC and the USA collaborating on exciting projects that drive the growth of the organization and delivering connected reliability solutions to our customers who keep the world up and running.
The Customer Success team is a broad team of approximately 100 colleagues internationally covering Customer Success, Implementation, Product Services, Training and Product Support. Experience
B.A. or B.S. degree required.
Advanced level mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
SQL Database knowledge is a plus.
Strong ability to communicate technical information both in writing and verbally.
Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
