Under the supervision of the Director of Master of Data Science in Health (MDSH) Program, provide academic, administrative and student support for the MDSH Program. Manage the day-to-day operations of the hybrid degree program and provide a high level of customer service to MDSH students. Provide counseling to prospective students and ongoing counseling to up to 150 students. Advise applicants, students, staff, and faculty regarding University and FSPH policies and guidelines. Assist in the admission process for online applications to the MDSH program and compose letters needed for special actions.
Coordinate financial aid, registration, student petitions, tuition, parking and other student services for enrolled students. Assist with event planning and special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Work on a self-directed basis. Duties and tasks are performed with minimal supervision and at a high degree of independent decision making.
