JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will assist in contract negotiations related to retail fulfillment vendors. This includes providing data analysis required to inform decisions. Vendors include Fedex, ODW, UPS, LTS, etc. This position will also support the migration of BaaS retail fulfillment responsibilities into the Rev Ops org. The position will also be managing year round TPG shipping/ordering ticket support. Also providing project management support around pre-tax projects around marketing/POP timelines. This position will also be responsible for documenting internal retail fulfillment processes for business continuity.
Responsibilities:
- Adhoc data analysis related to shipping, orders, and budget
- Assist in contract re-negotiations with fulfillment vendors
- Answering tickets in Salesforce for TPG business (off-season & in-season)
•Documenting retail fulfillment business process to support business continuity •Support project management of TPG ERO shipments of POP/Checks/Cards
- Attend weekly meetings supporting retail/direct/baas business
- Other duties as needed
