In this Warehouse Clerical Support role, you will provide administrative support to all levels of Distribution Center leadership in a variety of ways, including facilitating employee events and activities, maintaining reporting and databases, pulling and sending out reporting, and more.
You will play a critical role in administrative activities to allow DC leadership access to the time, data, and reporting needed to make informed decisions.

**Hours are Monday -Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm**

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily maintenance of inventory databases, inventory movement tracking and disposition reporting.
  • Preparing and sending a variety of operational reports as requested by leadership.
  • Processing BOL’s, adjustments and documentation, as needed.
  • Prepare daily seasonal and new item release reports for leadership.
Seasonal & Non-Productive Inventory
  • Daily processing and monitoring of workload for warehouse associates.
  • Daily preparation and execution of inventory system adjustments.
  • Providing daily and weekly progression reporting to leadership.
  • Communicating seasonal and new item releases with both DC and corporate leadership.
  • Ensure proper item preparation prior to release. Work with Slotting Team to resolve issues.
Employee Communication/ Engagement
  • Assist in facilitation of employee engagement activities & events, as needed.
  • Coordinate HAW (employee recognition) rewards program
  • Partner with leadership and coordinators on miscellaneous projects.
  • All other duties, as assigned by leader.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with inventory and/or accounts payable processing.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to process large amounts of data with high levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to work with and balance the needs of various teams.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
