1099 Property Claims Desk Adjuster - Immediate need!

We are hiring immediately for 1099 Property Claims Desk Adjusters for our Exterior Repair Team. This project will be fully remote, training provided, and is scheduled to last for 30 days at minimum. Target start date is 8/28/2023. This is a perfect opportunity to return to work quickly in your field of expertise if you are currently on the job market.

Requirements for the project:

  • Qualified candidates will be a Licensed Property Claims Adjuster and 3 years of related work history using BOTH Xactimate and Symbility (Claims Connect)
  • Commitment to a project based role (30 days minimum, possibly longer)
  • Commitment to working a consistent work schedule (up to 40 hours per week)
  • Ability to complete a background check and drug test in a timely manner
  • Have reliable equipment to perform the work (logins and passwords for software will be provided)
  • Pay rate of $25 – 27/hour, based on experience

Description

Living the Accuserve values: Communicating and Connecting, Doing the Right Thing, Compassionately Serve, courageously making an Impact and Staying Curious, the Adjuster is responsible for delivering quality work products and ensuring claims remain within Service Level Agreement and SOP requirements to deliver excellent service to our partners and clients. The Adjuster will work closely with the cross-team members to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure that carrier guidelines and expectations are met.

General Responsibilities

  • Review claims and supplements to ensure accuracy and compliance to carrier guidelines
  • Identify damage assessment is accurate
  • Process, reconcile and work supplements to completion
  • Monitor review needed and supplement queues
  • Ensure claims are being handled within the required Service Level Agreements.
  • Reconcile and process supplements
  • Respond to contractor and carrier inquiries through email, chat and/or phone (in and outbound calling)
  • Recognizing and identifying areas where policies and procedures need to be changed or developed
  • Tracking quality assurance metrics

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
