We have an opening for a Full-time Family Nurse Practitoner (NP) to work at our employer health center located in Grand Island, NE!As part of Walgreens Health and Wellness division, Take Care Health Systems Employer Solutions (www.takecareemployersolutions.com) is the manager of worksite-based health and wellness services. Responsibilities include: Large focus on well-woman carePerforms physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of PhysicianOrders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needsRecords physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition. M/F/D/VRequirementsMasters Degree requiredAt least three years of clinical experience as a Practitioner in an family practice, urgent care, or emergency department setting is strongly preferred.Previous OB/GYN experience preferred.Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Nebraska.Nationally certified as a Family Practitioner through the AANP or ANCCAppropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Site Medical Director, if allowed within state of practice.Current BLS and/or ACLS certification through the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association
