Education: BSN, required; MSN, preferred Minimum of 5+ years acute care experience Clinical competence in three or more clinical areas (ICU - ER - OR - Med - Surg - OB) Working knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program model and standards Nebraska State License / Unrestricted RN License Relevant specialty certifications/credentials - ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, ALS Obstetrics, TNCC Proficient in both oral and written communication Professional/Clinical References
