Job Requirements:

Minimum six months of Med/Surg and/or! Maternal Child Health experience or a Preceptorship in Obstetrics required.
- Graduated from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills required. Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork and flexibility required. Ability to multi-task and work-through competing priorities required.
- Basic Life Support, Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required.
PALS verification preferred; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within 6 months of hire; STABLE certified within 6 months of hire required. Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM-C) certification preferred. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ACLS-OB certification required within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Experience in an inpat! ient setting in Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, Newborn and/o! r
Neonatal Intensive Care preferred.
- Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring, ACLS NRP, STABLE certified preferred.
