Job Description – Ensure Alignment to Selected Title

Parts ordering via e commerce.- Dealership & Direct Account B2B Order specialist

Support of the parts workbench +system is the primary function of this role

Parts workbench + is a homegrown system that supports parts information and parts ordering

In this role an individual will be troubleshooting, investigation of system issues, work closely with IT, closely with the business and dealerships. Lots of problem solving, investigating, and working with other teams to solve issues regarding that parts workbench+ system. May also be involved with enhancements of the tool as needed in the future.

This business group owns all of B2B, ebusiness transaction tools. This person will only support parts workbench+

Day to day in this role-

Monitor emails for customer orders, issues, etc. Support any issues that are holding back order intake. Checking work error reports, dealing with ID issues. Testing in the pre product system to support other functions.

Keep lines of communication open between business and IT as need be.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
