We are looking to add a Data Analyst to our team! This is a remote role, so candidates can be located anywhere throughout the US.

Key Responsibilities:

· Data Solutioning.

· Analyze client data…and design data solutions to meet their needs.

· Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams and documents the process.

· Gathers functional data requirements, and provides quality documentation to development teams to implement.

· Analyze and translate business needs into long-term solution data models.

· Technically evaluate existing models of legacy applications and create new models in support of application development.

· Develop entity relationships (ER models) for normalized and dimensional models.

· Evaluate implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.

· Troubleshoot and optimize data systems.

· Experience in creating requirements for reporting applications.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.

Technical requirements:

· 5+ years of experience working as a data analyst or business analyst in a data centric environment.

· Mid-level SQL skills and knowledge of database concepts.

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.

· Knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL and BI architectures, concepts, and frameworks.

· Capable of facilitating data discovery sessions involving business subject matter experts.

Ideal qualifications:

· Experience working with digital marketing and analytics data from various sources (Google/Adobe Analytics, Sales, CRM, Advertising, etc.)

· Knowledge of data science tools and their integration with data lakes

· Experience with data transformation & ETL tools

· Experience with Python or R

· Project Management Experience a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
