Technical Sales Representative for Companion Animal Business [South Korea]


 

Job Description

Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

ROLE SUMMARY

Conduct and build sales activities by regularly visiting vet-clinics in order to introduce new and existing products by adhering to our company's "ethical business practice" procedures and guidelines. Communicate with customers based on technical acumen and implement sales/marketing activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

(A) Support AH Korea's Business goals by achieving monthly and annual sales targets

(a) Develop and maintain relationships with vet-clinics

(b) Allocate & Utilize promotional resource effectively

  • Update competitors’ action & market situation
  • Implement marketing program & encourage key customers to participate that
  • Manage & analyze territorial sales & call data

(B) Provide detailed information about AH's products

(a) Deliver Key message of AH's products against competitors

(b) Update the newest information about AH's products

(C) Execute target call effectively

(a) Make call plan strategically & Set clear objectives

(b) Utilize customer relationship management tools

(D) Comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards

(a) Report and handle PV and PQC cases by its policy and guideline

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum Level of Experience: Over 2 years demonstrated experience working in Companion Animal drug sales is essential
  • Functional Knowledge : : Sales Planning, Sales Implementation & tracking, Sales expertise & relationship management
  • Skills : Communication, consultative selling, interpersonal, presentation skills, etc
  • Leadership Behaviors : Focus on customers, Drive Results, Demonstrate ethics and Integrity
  • Others : Collaboration(Local Partner & AH Colleague), Problem Solving, Strategic Focus, , Facilitates Sales Activity with Animal hospital
