Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time

- Answer and properly field all inbound calls; return customer calls and emails with urgency
Assist staff with coordinating and scheduling the appropriate resources
Maintain comprehensive notes in CRM regarding customer inquiries and responses
Coordinate and complete task lists for small projects
Enter, track, and follow up on customer requests (online, voice mail, etc.)
Maintain the CRM database and customer profiles
Create, edit, and distribute various correspondence, reports, email, and spreadsheets
Maintain and update sales opportunities in the ConnectWise program

20-minute recruiter screening to introduce you to NexusTek, discuss your qualifications, and answer questions
Interview Stage – We’ll dive into your experience more in depth
- 1-hour interview with the Team Lead (virtual)
- 1- hour interview with Hiring Manager (virtual)
- References: 3 professional references with at least one being someone who directly managed you
- You are welcome to request additional conversations with team members you didn’t get to meet during the process
