Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Coffee Packaging Operator to join our dedicated coffee production team. This role focuses primarily on operating packaging machines, ensuring the accurate and efficient packing of our coffee products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and calibrate packaging machines for coffee packing.
- Change out the film used for packaging.
- Fill boxes and pack 12oz retail bags of coffee.
- Produce and package flavored coffee.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds (for handling inventory and equipment).
- Strong attention to detail.

Salary Range:
