1. To conduct daily in-process/ welding/ mounting holes inspection for mainframes as per customer requirement such as no missing weld, lumpy, burnt through, weld mark, no missing mounting holes & other defects.
2. To conduct daily paint inspection such as curing & adhesion test, film thickness, paint cosmetic for coated mainframes as per customer requirement.
3. To conduct daily distortion/ flatness inspection and final inspection for mainframe.
4. Daily chemical titration for pre weld and pretreatment line.
5. Verified and inspected incoming part from other plant and external provider.
