This company mainly works with Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, and Azure. Of course, they appreciate any additional experience such as JavaScript, AWS, CI/CD, and API. This company has a very low hierarchy and wants to avoid micro-management. Every single employee is trusted 100% from day one and there is a culture of self-leadership within the team.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of previous experience as a Software Developer.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET
- Experience with Azure / Modern JavaScript frameworks / CI CD is viewed as beneficial
- Fluency in English is mandatory, as this is their working language
- Finnish language skills are viewed as beneficial
